Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it securely to the outside of your original shipping box.
Package Your Cookware
Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all original lids, accessories, and manuals are included in the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
