What makes GreenPan different from traditional non-stick pans?
GreenPan uses Thermolon™, a ceramic non-stick coating derived from sand. Unlike traditional coatings, it is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium, ensuring no toxic fumes are released even if overheated.
Is GreenPan cookware dishwasher safe?
While many of our collections are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing with a soft sponge and soapy water to maximize the lifespan of the ceramic non-stick coating.
Can I use metal utensils on my ceramic coating?
To maintain the integrity of the surface, we recommend using silicone, wood, or nylon utensils. Metal utensils can cause minor scratches that may affect the non-stick performance over time.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We offer free ground shipping on all orders over $99 within the contiguous United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
